Fremont Hospital offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to adolescents ages 12–17. Outpatient treatment is designed to help adolescents who require structured care, without the around-the-clock intensity of inpatient treatment. The treatment is offered during the day in a secure, on-campus setting to help prepare the adolescents for a successful discharge back into their homes, schools and communities.

Our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers the intensity of an inpatient program without having to stay in a hospital. It provides a vital alternative for those who do not require inpatient treatment, need intensive follow-up after inpatient stay or lack enough support at home to be successful as an outpatient. PHP facilitates the transition from inpatient to home by offering on-campus day treatment in a comfortable setting.
PHP helps adolescents live at home while offering them the opportunity to work on behavioral, emotional and social difficulties within a daily, six-hour program. It is provided Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Fremont’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for patients ages 13–17 offers comprehensive treatment for people who need immediate help to achieve stabilization. The programs are offered Monday through Friday with a standard attendance of three hours per day. IOP provides a lower level of care option for teens still needing additional emotional support but are able to participate in their daily academic routine. The program is offered Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., or 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Our trained staff is available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assess an individual in crisis and arrange admission to the appropriate level of care. Confidential assessments and referrals are available at no cost. Whatever the need, day or night, quality care is a phone call away. Call 888-796-1101 today for a no-cost assessment.
