Fremont Hospital offers a range of outpatient services for older adults. Our older adult outpatient services focus on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental and emotional disorders in senior adults, while recognizing the biological and psychosocial aspects of normal aging.
Services are designed to help those who need more structured and focused care to help ease the transition from inpatient treatment to home by offering on-campus day treatment in a setting that is nurturing and comfortable. The goal of the program is to help prepare for a successful transition back to home, work or school by addressing and managing the symptoms that can make these transitions so difficult.
