Our Treatments and Services for Adolescents
We aim to make therapy as engaging as possible for your teen using several therapies, including:
- Group therapy: Your teen benefits from sharing their thoughts and emotions with peers. They learn that they’re not alone in their struggles.
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): Also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, this treatment helps your child become aware of their thoughts and feelings. They learn to respond better to challenges in life.
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): A type of talk therapy, DBT helps your teen accept their reality, change unhelpful behaviors and regulate their emotions.
- Activity-based therapy: Your teen can express themselves through engaging activities, such as art, writing, movement and gardening.
Is PHP Right for Your Teen?
