Our Adult Outpatient Programs
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP is an alternative to hospitalization. It is designed to stabilize adults who are experiencing crises. The program is for adults who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis and need support and structure, but not 24-hour supervision.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP provides ongoing treatment for adults struggling with mild mental health challenges to support long-term recovery. Patients will gain the coping skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
Evening Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Flexible Care That Fits Your Life
We understand that seeking support shouldn’t mean putting your life on hold. Our Adult Evening Virtual Program is designed for individuals who need meaningful, structured care – but also need to maintain work, family and daily responsibilities. From the comfort and privacy of your own space, you’ll have access to clinically robust, therapist-led groups that provide the same evidence-based approaches used in our in-person programs, including CBT and DBT. This is real support, delivered in a way that fits your life.
