Outpatient Behavioral Health Treatment
for Adolescents and Teens

Fremont Outpatient Treatment offers tailored programming to help build coping skills, emotional insight, and confidence – so your teen can move forward, not just get through the day.

Our Adolescent Outpatient Programs

Partial hospitalization program

PHP helps teens recover from anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders without a hospital stay. The program meets during the weekdays so your teen can be home on nights and weekends.

A Fresh Start for Teens Who Need More Support

Our Adolescent PHP is a place where teens can reset, reconnect, and start to feel like themselves again.  Through a structured, in-person day program, we combine engaging, evidence-based therapies with a supportive and relatable environment that meets teens where they are.  Here, they’ll build real-life skills to manage emotions, strengthen confidence, and navigate relationships-all while connecting with peers who truly understand.  It’s not just about getting through the day- it’s about helping teens rediscover their strengths, feel supported, and move forward with clarity, resilience, and hope.

Intensive outpatient program

A step down from PHP, our IOP for teens provides structured support after school hours. It is designed to promote emotional stability and teach healthy coping mechanisms to support ongoing mental wellness.
