Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (CDIOP)

Fremont’s Chemical Dependency Program is based upon the premise that chemical dependency is a physical, mental, social and spiritual illness. Patients will participate in individual and group counseling sessions, sobriety-based recovery groups and ongoing education.

Most participants attend treatment sessions Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for three hours in the evening, for eight to ten weeks. Each patient’s schedule can be tailored to meet his or her needs.

During your participation in this program, you will be introduced to several types of treatment:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
  • Structured journaling
  • Family program
  • Aftercare
  • Support systems

  • Life skills training
  • Increased coping skills
  • Post-acute withdrawal management
  • Relapse prevention planning skills

The program is Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (6:00pm – 9:00pm)
